European Democratic Education Conference
- European Democratic Education Conference
European Democratic Education Conference is a gathering of people involved in democratic education. The first conference is going to be held in Leipzig, Germany, in 2008. The idea of EUDEC rose from the need to work on issues concerning especially European Schools. EUDEC also makes it easier for people, especially students, to participate, because IDEC (International Democratic Education Conference), which EUDEC is based on, is usually held outside of Europe and the travel expenses are high.
