Rastrapati Bhawan ( _ne. राष्ट्रपति भवन) is the official residence of the President of Nepal. Formerly the seat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the building is known as Shital Niwas. The government of Nepal decided to make Shital Niwas the presidential residence at a cabinet meeting on July 4, 2008.
