Jonas Tomalty is a Canadian rock singer born in
Montreal in 1979. His first success "Edge of Seventeen" (a cover of the old success ofStevie Nicks ) appeared on his first EP album in 2004. It was soon followed by another hit "Show Me", that permitted him to reach the top of theQuébec charts. His second album "Suite Life" was released in October 2006. This album featured the new rock anthem "SuperSexMe", which was the first single from it. In 2007 Jonas released his third album "Promised Land" This album contained the best from his first two albums, and also featured a video on the disc for his song "SuperSexMe". Also in 2007, he released the movie Jonas: La Quete (The Quest) and a soundtrack to accompany it. The DVD for the movie was released on January 15, 2008External links

To date, the band has released two studio albums and as in the process of writing and recording a third album.
The debut self-titled album featured the singles, "Edge Of Seventeen," "Daddy," "Show Me," and "Live A River."
Jonas' sophomore album, "Suite Life," was released in October 2006. The album featured the tracks, "Here She Comes," "Relax," "Pony," "Bows & Arrows," "Pass In Time," and "Sweet Disaster." To celebrate the release of "Suite Life," Jonas invited Montreal-area media to an album release party at the Hard Rock Cafe in Montreal on the release date.
Jonas is also credited with two other releases: "The Quest," and "Promised Land." Diabo contributed a solo track to soundtrack for "The Quest," entitled, "Boost." *The album "The Quest" was released in support of a "rock-umentary" about the band and was only available in French with English subtitles. Both the DVD and CD versions of "The Quest" featured live performance from the band's sol-out Bell Centre concert.
