High Point Cocoa

High Point is a section of Brevard County, Florida located in the town of Cocoa. The county Central Disposal Facilitycite web|last=County|first=Brevard|authorlink=|coauthors=|date=April 19, 2007|year=|month=|url=http://www.brevardcounty.us/swr|title=CDS Height|format=|work=|pages=|publisher=Brevard County|language=|accessdate=2007-04-19|accessyear=|curly=] in Cocoa has a higher elevation than High Point, but the USGS does not consider this to be land mass.

Geography

The area is located at the north east junction of 528 and U.S. 1 in the northern section of Cocoa.

*To the south: Rockledge
*To the west: Canaveral Groves

High Point

High Point consists of businesses, such as hotels and office buildings on its western side and homes built in the 1960s and 1970s on its eastern side, as the hill makes its steep descent to the bank of the Indian River.
