High Point Cocoa

High Point is a section of Brevard County, Florida located in the town of Cocoa. Geography

The area is located at the north east junction of 528 and U.S. 1 in the northern section of Cocoa.

High Point

High Point consists of businesses, such as hotels and office buildings on its western side and homes built in the 1960s and 1970s on its eastern side, as the hill makes its steep descent to the bank of the Indian River.
