Ashmith Kunder is a popular film editor in India. Most recently he has been a part of "Mumbai Express" and of late has been involved in editing the legendary film "Dasavatharam" in which Kamal Haasan plays 10 roles.

BEING just one of the two film editors in India to have started the practice of editing shots on the shooting spot, Ashmith Kunder is not just a popular but also a talented editor back in Bollywood.

Now, our Universal star Kamal Haasan has made use of this talent in his magnum opus Dasaavatharam. But working on a Tamil film is nothing new to him. He had earlier worked for Kamal's Mumbai Express.

Younger brother to Shirish Kunder, another popular editor and director in the north and brother-in-law to Bollywood choreographer and director Farah Khan, Ashmith is not just known as an editor but a story writer, visual effects supervisor and sound editor.
