Compound chord

A compound chord is a chord symbol of the form "chord/bass note". It is used to specify either
* a chord inversion, e.g. C/E for first inversion of C major
* a chord on a non-chordal bass note, e.g. C/Ab for the chord Ab C G E (from bass up).
