Gandorhun is the capital and largest city of Pujehun District in the Southern Province of Sierra Leone. At the 2004 census, the city had a population of 19,574 residents Fact|date=March 2008. The Mende make up by far the largest ethnic groups in the town. The Mende language along with the Krio language are the two most widely spoken languages in the town.
