Direct Corporation

Direct Corporation

Direct Corporation was formed in late 2003 by the merger of Direct Utilities, CPC Integration, Level10 and DART Internet by the four directors involved with the merged companies.

Shortly after the merger an internal dispute between the directors over the direction of the businesses arose which resulted in the removal of James Edward Austin from the board in Feb 2004, leaving Ranald McDonald, Stephen Thompson, and Michael Looke to run the companies.

CPC Integration was placed into Administration Dec 2004. Direct Data (formerly Level10) was placed into receivership Sep 2004. DART Internet was sold to Hotkey Internet 2005.
