Union Pines High School is a four-year public high school located in Cameron, North Carolina. Opened in 1964, the school currently enrolls 1254 students and is one of the four public high schools in the Moore County Public School System.

Union Pines' sports teams are part of the Cape Fear Valley Conference, which includes schools in Harnett, Lee, Moore, Johnston, and Cumberland counties. The school has fielded several state championships in tennis, golf, and basketball and individual state champions in swimming, tennis, golf, and track and field.

Recently, there has been much controversy over the priciple, Robin Lea. Several questions of principles have been raised in the past few years, one currently under investigation. Union Pines experiences a high turnover of teachers due to the school's failing leadership.
