Hediger, 1935Chalcides manueli, or Manuel's Skink, is a species of skink found in Morocco. It is somewhat rare throughout its distribution and is affected by deforestation, desertification, and overgrazing. Females of the species give birth to live young. It is likely that the species in in decline, and its range is severely fragmented.
