San José de La Mariquina is a city in southern Chile in Mariquina commune, Valdivia Province, Los Ríos Region. It is located about 25km northeast of Valdivia, close to Cruces River. The city's main economic activities are agriculture, cattle farming and wood pulp manufacturing.
