Rhys has also had guest roles in Australian television shows such as "McLeod's Daughters ", "Stingers " and "Farscape ". He also made regular appearances on the panel discussion show "The Glass House", including the grand finale show. He also appeared regularly on "Good News Week ",including miming on the original run's finale, as well as the 2008 return. He has had extensive radio experience, having worked on 3MMM in Melbourne, as both a writer and performer, JJJ Radio, in which his weekly segment GaySchool, was highly successful. ABC 702 Sydney, in which he has hosted and had a weekly segment, The Muldoon Report. In 2006, he co-hosted a radio show in Canberra (666 ABC) with the now Prime Minister of Australia,
Kevin Rudd . He has had regular segments on 2MMM Sydney with Wil and Lehmo. He has also worked on NOVA FM, Vega FM, FOX FM, TODAY FM, 774 ABC. He has performed in many radio plays for the ABC (Radio National). He was most recently heard on 666 ABC breakfast in a reprisal of his earlier role.
