"Heart Over Mind" is the second single from Kim Wilde's 1992 album "Love Is", and was released exclusively in the UK.

It was the final track to be recorded for the album - in fact the album had been completed and this song was sent over by Rick Nowels (who had written other tracks on the album) and Wilde decided to record it. The original album version was edited for the 7" single release, and extended for the CD-single. The B-side was an exclusive non-album track called "I've Found a Reason", and the CD-single also featured an extended version of "Touched by Your Magic" from the "Love Is" album.

"Heart Over Mind" became Wilde's 19th Top 40 entry since her career began in 1981.
