Zulma Yugar (born January 6, 1952) is a
Bolivia nfolk singer who has international recognition and influence.Yugar served on the jury for the
UNESCO programmeMasterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity and is credited with lobbying successfully for the Oruro Carnival to be proclaimed a masterpiece in 2001.
