Al-Qaswa Logistic Vehicle

AL Qaswa is an Armoured personnel carrier (APC) which has been designed and manufactured by Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT). It is a modernised American M113-A2-Mk1.

It is an APC specially designed for logistics. The Logistic Vehicle can be used for carrying military supplies across all types of cross-country terrain.(see Geography of Pakistan). The cargo compartment which can carry a load of 6 tons can be protected with a tarpaulin cover. The vehicle platform can also be used for other adaptations such as weapon station, missile launcher, radar, TCV, ambulance, maintenance vehicle etc.
