Paul Kenneth Shuey (born September 16, 1970 in Lima, Ohio), is a free agent Major League relief pitcher who most recently played for the Baltimore Orioles.

He has played most of his career for the Cleveland Indians from mlby|1994 to mlby|2002. He made 4 playoff appearances with the Indians. On July 28, 2002, before the trade deadline, Shuey was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers for Ricardo Rodríguez, Terry Mulholland, and Francisco Cruceta. Shuey would play for the Dodgers until the end of the mlby|2003 season. In mlby|2004, he spent the whole year on the disabled list with an injured right thumb. He would then sit out the whole mlby|2006 season. On February 2, by|2007, he signed a minor league contract with the Orioles that included an invite to spring training. He suffered an injury and did not make the cut, and was sent to the Norfolk Tides, the Orioles' Triple-A affiliate. His contract was then purchased on June 19, 2007, and he appeared in that night's game against the San Diego Padres. On July 1, 2007, he recorded his first save since 2002 against the Los Angeles Angels. On September 5, Shuey was released.
