methoxy -4-ethoxy amphetamine , is a lesser-known psychedelic drug. It is a dimethoxy -ethoxy analog of TMA-2. MEM was first synthesized byAlexander Shulgin . In his book "PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved)", the dosage range is listed as 20-50mg, and the duration listed as 10-14 hours. MEM producesinsights , and augments the effects of other drugs, like2C-D . Shulgin gives it a +++ on theShulgin Rating Scale . Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of MEM.See also
