Plot
Kim returns to Sacred Heart to confront J.D. about their child while Elliot continues to plan her wedding to Keith.
J.D. learns about fatherhood from Turk and Dr. Cox after Turk decides not to perform surgery on a patient because he has a daughter.
Everyone at Sacred Heart knows of Kim's deception and hates her for it--excluding the always indifferent Cox and Kelso. However, when they hear that J.D. told her that there is no chance of them getting back together, they turn on him for hurting the mother of his child.
When J.D. lets Kim sleep at his place he is about to make Kim sleep on the couch, but his conscience, which happens to be a fat rabbit in a track suit, which may be a reference to the cult film Donnie Darko, can't let him do this, and he lets her sleep on the bed. He further explains why his conscience is a rabbit in a track suit, he says that he would listen to his conscience more if it was something he was afraid of so the track suit because he had a mean Physical Ed. teacher in high school and the rabbit because his uncle once ate rabbit and got belly worms.
Carla tries to organize a bachelorette party but Elliot's demanding ways makes it difficult and thus causes friction between the two friends.
J.D realizes that life would be much easier for his son if he and Kim were together and goes into Kim's room to make the effort.
