Marimba and aVibraphone . Two of their songs, "Amanda" and "Despertar," are included as sample music tracks in the release ofMicrosoft Windows Vista .Marco Decimo (cello) and Glen Velez (frame drums) appear on Aisha Duo's first duo recording, Quiet Songs.
The term "aisha" is an Arabic word meaning "life".
The duo is currently beginning to arrange its second recording, pairing the two members with a chamber choir. The album will be released on the ObliqSound label in 2009.
Aisha Duo is the name for collaborations between Andrea Dulbecco (marimba) and Luca Gusella (vibraphone), Italian musicians who began working together after being in the same percussion class at the Conservatory of Milan.
