Thomas Skewes-Cox

Sir Thomas Skewes-Cox (d. 15 October 1912 ["Who's Who 1914", p. xxiv] ) was the British Member of Parliament for Kingston-upon-Thames from 1895-1906 representing the Conservative Party. In 1902, Skewes-Cox opened a new wing at the Kingston Institute [2] .
