Charlotte "Charlie" Ray Rosenberg (born March 8, 1992) is an American actress.[1] [2]

Early life

Ray was born in New York City. Since the age of 3, Ray has been studying jazz and tap dancing at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance, hip-hop at Kelly Peter Dance and ballet at Joffrey Ballet.[1] In 2008, she played Sally Bowles in a controversial school production of the musical Cabaret.

She also has sang in The Dalton School's a cappella group "Sweet n' Low". Ray is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California. Charlie was voted class president in 5th grade.

Career

She is most well-known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in the film Little Manhattan. She now attends Northwestern University as a theater major in the class of 2014. In September of 2011, she will be featured in the ensemble of the classic Steven Schwartz-written musical, "Pippin," in historic Shanley Pavilion.
