county road throughout mostly rural Volusia County. It is 13 miles long, from New Smyrna Beach torural Volusia County, located approximately between Interstate 95 and Interstate 4. It is a two-lane historic road, formerly part of SR 44, the western terminus. It also serves the southern border of Port Orange.Route description
Beginning at SR 44, it begins as a two-lane road. The first residential area is at Sopotnicks Corner, the crossroads of CR 415 and CR 4118. As CR 4118 bridges over Interstate 95, it immediately supports the western terminus of CR 4093. Between those two highways, an intersection named Airport Road is going to be CR 4009 when the extension is completed to SR 44. It then enters two more unincorporated communities, Sugar Mill Estates and Glencoe. CR 4118 enters New Smyrna Beach, and then immediately Mission City. Close to Mission City, CR 4118 ends at SR 44 BUS in New Smyrna Beach.
