Initially Junkboy went about recording their songs at a local studio and signed to Enraptured Records who released a double A-side 7” ("ifyoulivedhereyou'dbehomebynow / infrastructure"), and an EP ("Kraut_hop Ya Don’t Stop!") in1999 . The EP, "Kraut_hop Ya Don’t Stop!", was made single of the week in theNME , June 1999 byTommy Udo .Through
Moshi Moshi records , Junkboy released an EP entitled "Robot and Proud" in2000 and their debut album "The Dynamics of Modern Communication" released in the summer of2002 .Junkboy finished their second album which was released on Enraptured Records; 'Lost Parade' appeared in
The Wire (magazine) with the song "Shadow and Act" finding a place on the "Wire Tapper" CD in summer2005 2008 sees the release of "Three" the third Junkboy album. Junkboy have relocated toBrighton ,Sussex where they continue to make music and play live.Members
