He played most of his career with the New England Patriots. Slade was named to his 1st Pro Bowl after the 1997 season. He played college football at the University of Virginia.
Personal life
Chris graduated from Tabb High School in Yorktown, Virginia. Chris is married to Talisa Slade; a Global Health Education consultant. They have one daughter, Soreah and reside in Atlanta, GA. He currently works as a sports broadcaster as well a sideline reporter for the University of Virginia football team.
