John Robert Tillman (March 24, 1937 – June 23, 2000) was an American
baseball player.Born in
Nashville, Tennessee , Tillman playedcatcher for theBoston Red Sox (1962–67),New York Yankees (1967), andAtlanta Braves (1968–70).He helped the Red Sox win the 1967
American League pennant and the Braves win the 1969 National League Western Division.He caught two
