Garfield hosts a
Game show , and he begins by stating thatfire hydrant s are filled with compressedwater (rather than being connected towater pipe s) and then bolted to thestreet ; he then states to theaudience that anything they hear ontelevision is true. Next, he reveals thatWyoming isn’t a real state; it came about when Arbuckle Vespucci was designing theUnited States , he left an empty space, and then hisassistant wrote in “Wyoming”, which is an old Italian word meaning “no state here”.
Garfield then says that cows discussEnglish literature whenhuman s are not around. Then, he says thatraisin s are really shrunkenbowling ball s, and thatlaw requires that allfootstool s containorange juice ,toast and sausage patties. His finalrevelation is thatdog s have nobrain s, and after using Odie as an example, he notices that the audience is filled with dogs, who soon chase him into a room. Garfield tries to smooth things over, but the dogs still beat him up. Afterwards, Garfield states that he will neverlie again.Notes
