"Pseudomonas agarici" is a Gram-negative soil bacterium that causes drippy gill in mushrooms ("Agaricus bisporus") [cite journal |author=Young, JM |title=Drippy gill: a bacterial disease of cultivated mushrooms caused by "Pseudomonas agarici" n. sp. |journal=NZ J Agric Res |volume=13 |pages=977–990 |year=1970 ] . It was first isolated in New Zealand.
