Robert Anthony Lilly (born February 16, 1962 in Alexandria, Virginia) is a retired American football safety who played four seasons for the National Football League Denver Broncos. He started in Super Bowl XXII.

Lilly is currently the Head football coach at Potomac Senior High School (2005-present), located in Dumfries, Virginia. In 2006 Lilly coached the Panthers to an 11-2 record in only his second season and capturing the Cardinal District and Northwest Regional championships in the state of Virginia. The only two losses that season were to eventual Virginia State Champions Osbourne High School Div 6, and Phoebus High School Div 5.

In 2007 Coach Lilly guided the Panthers to a perfect 10-0 (13-1 overall) season enroute to the Virginia State Championship game help at the University of Virginia. Once again the only loss was to Stone Bridge High School Div 5.

Although Coach Lilly is known more for his NFL and High School career, more importantly, he is a Special Education Instructor at Potomac High School. Coach Lilly embraces each day that he has to be able to share with these kids.

He is currently married to Lisa Lilly.
