February 16 ,1962 in Alexandria,Virginia ) is a retiredAmerican football safety who played four seasons for theNational Football League Denver Broncos . He started inSuper Bowl XXII .Lilly is currently the Head football coach at
Potomac Senior High School (2005-present), located inDumfries, Virginia . In 2006 Lilly coached the Panthers to an 11-2 record in only his second season and capturing theCardinal District and Northwest Regional championships in the state of Virginia. The only two losses that season were to eventual Virginia State ChampionsOsbourne High School Div 6, andPhoebus High School Div 5.In 2007 Coach Lilly guided the Panthers to a perfect 10-0 (13-1 overall) season enroute to the Virginia State Championship game help at the
University of Virginia . Once again the only loss was toStone Bridge High School Div 5.Although Coach Lilly is known more for his NFL and High School career, more importantly, he is a Special Education Instructor at Potomac High School. Coach Lilly embraces each day that he has to be able to share with these kids.
