Helena Kvarnstrom (born June 16th, 1980) is Swedish
photographer currently residing inToronto ,Canada . She holds aBachelor of Arts (Hons) inWomen's Studies and a Master of Arts inCultural Studies . Kvarnstrom has exhibited her photographs widely. Recent groups exhibitions include I Do Adore, Intimacy (Human People) andThe Centre of Attention 's 3rd Annual Art Prize. Her photographs have been used as the cover image for theJohn Maxwell Coetzee book, "In the Heart of the Country " as well asEmily Pohl-Weary 's "A Girl Like Sugar ". Her photographs and writing have appeared inVenus Zine ,Nerve.com ,Frankie magazine ,Altar Magazine ,Kiss Machine andSlash Magazine .In 2005, her first novella, "Violence", was published by
