Lynne Haultain

Lynne Haultain began her radio career at the ABC as a Trainee Broadcast Officer in Perth. She transferred to Melbourne in 1992 working as a Senior Reporter/Presenter for Rural Melbourne and as a Presenter on Countrywide for Radio National. In 1998 Lynne moved to 774 ABC Melbourne to present the Breakfast and Afternoon programs. Lynne hosted the breakfast program for a number of years, when Lynne was on maternity leave she was temporary replaced by Red Symons. Symons brought successful ratings and replaced Lynne who then moved to host the afternoon program.

Lynne left 774 ABC Melbourne on Wednesday 15 December 2004. Lynne is married to SEN 1116 presenter Francis Leach. A couple of years ago, Lynne and Francis worked in the same timeslot with Lynne on 774 ABC and her husband Francis on SEN 1116.
