Keith Brigham McMullin (born
18 August 1941 ) has been the second couselor in the presiding bishopric ofThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and ageneral authority of the LDS Church since27 December 1995 .Born in St. George,
Utah , McMullin was called to be the second counselor to Presiding BishopH. David Burton in 1995.In 1964, McMullin married Carolyn Jean Gibbs, with whom he has had eight children. Prior to his calling as a
general authority , McMullin served as amission president inGermany , where he also served as aMormon missionary as a young man. McMullin has also been a local bishop and astake president in the LDS Church.See also
