Schemer is a fictional character from the popular children's TV show Shining Time Station. He is portrayed by American actor Brian O'Connor. He is true to his namesake and frequently plays jokes on other characters. He is the owner of the arcade at Shining Time and is quite proud of it. He has referred to it as his 'castle'.
Appearance
Schemer is of average height. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes. One notable thing about his hair are the two curls. Both curls point to the right with one on each side of the front of his head. This gives him an almost eccentric look. There is history behind the curls. In episode
Schemer is easily recognized by the colourful, although sometimes unmatching, suits he wears. He has a large range of colours he wears including pink, brown, blue, black and green.
