Luis Manuel Rubiales Béjar, Rubiales (born August 23, 1977 in Motril), is a Spanish professional footballer, who currently plays for Alicante CF as a defender. He is known for not being a very skilled player but a tenacious one, thus receiving the nickname "Pundonor" (Courage).

During his career, Rubiales represented Guadix CD, Real Mallorca's B side, UE Lleida, Xerez CD, Levante UD (gaining promotion to the first division in 2004 and 2006) and Alicante CF.
