Mkhuphali Masuku (born March 28, 1980 in Gwanda) is an Zimbabwean football player who is currently playing for Highlanders FC. He is a member of the Zimbabwe national football team.

In September Mohammed Fathi resigned and Highlanders assistant coach Mkhuphali Masuku was elevated to caretaker coach and managed to guide the Bulawayo outfit to a respectable third position after winning 10 and drawing two matches. [1]
