Jesaia (Sjaak) Swart (born July 3 1938 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland) is a former Dutch footballer who played for Ajax Amsterdam and was part of their European Cup victories in 1971 and 1972. He earned 31 caps for the Netherlands national football team.
