Willis Thomas Wilson, Jr. (born March 22, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana) was head coach of the college basketball team at Rice University for 16 seasons. By virtue of his tenure at Rice, he is both the winningest (219 wins) and losingest coach (246 losses) in school history.

A former basketball letterwinner at Rice, Wilson started his head coaching career at Rice in 1992. During his tenure, he was a two-time winner of the Fashionable 4, which awards a bobble-head doll to the coach it deems to be the best dressed in Division I college basketball. He won for the first time in 2002 and won his second title in 2007. He is also the only coach to reach the Fashionable 4 all 10 years of its existence.
