The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law is a scholarly journal focusing on issues of
constitutional law published by an organization of second- and third-year J.D. students at theUniversity of Pennsylvania Law School . Volume 10 will bepublished during the2007 -08academic year . The "Journal" publishes five issues each volume, including an issue or issues devoted to the "Journal's" symposium. The "Journal" is one of five major scholarly journals at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and one of the top fifty law journals in theUnited States based on citations and impact. Philadelphia ,Pennsylvania , site of the Constitutional Convention of1787 and home of theLiberty Bell , which graces the cover of the "Journal". The "Journal" is led by Editor-in-Chief Nabeel Yousef and Managing Editor Doron P. Kenter. In 2008-2009, Jeremy Adler will take the reins as Editor-in-Chief, and Kim Yuhas will assume the position of Managing Editor.Also in Volume 11, the "Journal" will launch two new websites under the guidance of Megan Hall, who will be the "Journal"'s first Online Content Editor.

winter the "Journal of Constitutional Law" hosts a symposium focusing on popular topics in constitutional scholarship and featuring scholars of thelaw and related fields.
