[http://SkylineHealthMedicine.com] Health & Medicine. Communications. Business. Design Technology programs. Each program offers special classes and experiences in the community.
Sports
Skyline sports consist of field hockey, dance, cross country, basketball, football, swimming, tennis, volleyball, and water polo. Most teams will only have freshman teams (football, basketball, soccer, etc.), but some teams will have a varsity team (swim, tennis, golf, track, cross country, etc.). Some teams will play against Pioneer and Huron in the first year.
occer
The Skyline soccer team is 7-2-2, including wins over Huron and Pioneer. However the French school of arts(otherwise known as poopschool) defeated skyline 64-2. The odd thing is, poopschool never touched the ball. Skyline scored all 64 goals on "themselves".
Football
Skyline only has a freshman football team for the first year, and they will not play against Huron or Pioneer for the first year because they are a C class school.
Mascot and Colors
The colors and mascot were chosen in spring of 2007. Middle school students who were slated to attend the school selected 5 options of mascots and colors. Students at Huron High School designed logos for the each of the mascots and colors, and returned the designs to the middle school students for their selection. The students chose the Eagle as the mascot for Skyline High School, with the colors Columbia Blue and White. The Huron students were in the graphic design class of Ann Hendrick, who was later chosen to be the Visual Art teacher at Skyline when it opens.
