Plot
Lord Greystoke (Tarzan) returns to
Africa , with Lady Jane and friend Albert Werper, in order to return toOpar . He needs the treasure of Opar in order to secure his estates in England. Werper, however, is actually interested in the gold himself. He is in league withArab slave trader Achmet Zek who wishes revenge on Tarzan and Lady Jane for himself.Chapter titles

Tarzan yell (although it does not sound like the now traditional call that was first used in theJohnny Weissmuller Tarzan movie "Tarzan the Ape Man ".
*This serial contains a scene of Jane swimming nude, in a similar manner to the later, and more famous, Tarzan movie "Tarzan and His Mate ".
*A sequel, based on the novel "Tarzan the Terrible " was planned, but Frank Merrill was deemed to not have the right kind of voice for a "Talkie" and it was scrapped.References
