High Steaks is a 1961 cartoon directed by Gene Deitch and produced by William L. Snyder, released in early 1962. The cartoon was one of thirteen made in Czechoslovakia after original creators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera had left MGM to work for television.

Plot

Clint is making steak. Jerry tries to eat it but is captured by Tom. They pretend sword fight until Tom stabs Clint and he hurts Tom. Jerry disguises as a birdie. Tom notices and hits Jerry but lands in Clint's mouth and Clint hit's Tom in the head. Jerry shakes Kooky Kola (similar to Coca cola) and squirts the steak and gets rotten. Clint shakes Kooky kola in Tom's mouth and is shaped like a bottle. Tom gets stuck in the boiler and falls in the pool and Clint grabs him, ties him on a chair, and Jerry attaches him to a car that drives away. Jerry goes back and eats the steak and the cartoon ends.
