methyl enedioxy-N-hydroxy amphetamine , is a lesser-known psychedelic drug and asubstituted amphetamine . MDOH was first synthesized byAlexander Shulgin . In his book "PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved)", the dosage range is listed as 100-160mg, and the duration is listed as approximately 3-6hours . MDOH produces an increased pleasure in beauty and in nature, and is verypsychedelic . It also produces several negative effects also seen inMDMA , such as difficultyurinating and internal dryness. Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of MDOH.See also
