Slow Death Factory is a Danish death metal band.Slow death factory was formed in 2004 by former Illdisposed band member Morten Gilsted. Two additional former Illdisposed members, Rolf Hansen and Lass D.R. Bak joined the band in late 2005, and with the addition of vocalist Søren Kirkegaard in late 2006 Slow Death Factory recorded a 10-track album, which was released in early 2008. The band was strengthened in early 2007 with the addition of bass player Rasmus Henriksen.
The name "Slow Death Factory" is the title of a song on the Illdisposed album "Submit" from 1995 [http://www.diehardmetalshop.dk/product_info.php?products_id=12565] .
