King's Kids International

King's Kids International (KKI) is a non-profit Christian missions organizations that is affiliated with Youth With A Mission. It was founed in 1976 in Hawaii by Dale and Carol Kauffman [ [http://www.kingskids.net/about.asp About Kings Kids ] ] . The goal of KKI is to take youth ages 12-18 and families on trips around the world, sharing the Christian message of Jesus Christ. Most groups operate only in the summer so that the participants can come during their summer break from school. The three main types of KKI missions are performing arts, service, and sports. All missions are intended to create opportunities to talk about Christianity to people. The motto for King's Kids International is, "To Know God, And To Make Him Known."

History

Dale and Carol Kauffman begun with the first two groups of children in Hawaii in 1976 called "Green Frogs" and "Rainbow". In 1977, they went to hotels, schools and shopping mall with the children. In the next years, they begun international outreaches in Japan and Europe. Then they trained the children in the "Small Half Foundation training" in Hawaii.
