fanzine site dedicated to Reading Football Club. The name "Hob Nob Anyone?" is in reference to Reading's association withbiscuit making. For many years, the town of Reading was home toHuntley & Palmers biscuit factory. AHobNob is a popular British biscuit.The site was one of the first football sites to hit the webFact|date=March 2007. When the site was first launched in November 1994, only a handful of clubs were lucky enough to be represented on the InternetFact|date=March 2007. Since then the site has continued to grow and grow from its days in the Second Division to the rise into the Premier League.
"Hob Nob Anyone?" was hosted at the
University of East Anglia from 1994. Early in 1999, the site got its own domain names (royals.cx and royals.org) and moved to its own virtual server, where it has obtained over a million hits per month since early on in the year 2000. In the summer of 2002, "Hob Nob Anyone?" moved again to be hosted atOscura Ltd . Oscura are a web development and hosting company located in the centre of Reading.The site includes match reports dating back to the 1994-95 season, a forum with around 6500 members, fans analysis and an away fans guide.
