The Macedonian Sathya Sai Organization has its roots at the end of the 1980s.

At that time a group in Skopje was formed spontaneously. Now Sathya Sai Organization has three centres in Skopje.

There are Sai devotees in other Macedonian cities: there is also a small Sai group in Stip.
