She won the gold medal at the Slovenian Figure Skating Championships nine times between 1991 and 2004. She represented Slovenia at the 1992 Winter Olympics, where she placed 25th, at the 1998 Winter Olympics, where she placed 23rd, and at the 2002 Winter Olympics, where she placed 22nd. She qualified for the 2002 Olympics at the 2001 Golden Spin of Zagreb final Olympic qualifying competition.[1]
She retired from competition after the 2004 World Figure Skating Championships and began coaching in Aston, Pennsylvania.[2] She married Louis Tiernan in 2007.[2]
