Buffalo SabresPlaying career 1989–2001 Darcy Loewen (born February 26, 1969) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. Loewen played 135 games in the National Hockey League: twelve with the Buffalo Sabres and 123 with the Ottawa Senators, including 79 in the Senators' inaugural season of 1992–93. He scored just four goals and added just eight assists in his NHL career. Darcy is married with two children and is a firefighter with the City of North Las Vegas.
