"Thecadactylus rapicaudus" is a species of gecko found in South and Central America and parts of the Caribbean.

Description

Adults have a body length about 4 inches and a total length of about 6 inches. They are nocturnal in nature and are frequently found 5-30 feet up the trunks of palm trees.

Predators

These include the phyllostomid bat, "Choropterus auritus"

Parasites

They include the malarial parasite "Plasmodium aurulentum".
