Gabrielle Bou Rached

Gabrielle Bou Rached, born 13 December 1985, is a model and former Miss Lebanon.

Her modeling career included two video clips for famous Arab singers. In addition two commercials, and many fashion shows.

Her winning was based on the Final Interview. She spoke about her father, "Sameeh", who died in the Lebanese Civil War. During the Miss Lebanon pageant she cried about her father, and her point difference at the end was 0.1 from her first runner up.

Gabrielle Bou Rached studied translation and speaks five languages, Arabic, English,French, Italian and Spanish.

Modeling history

February 2004, Gabrielle was crowned as "Miss ETIB" at The School of Translation and Interpretation in Beirut.

May 2005, Gabrielle was crowned Miss Campus of "USJ University" Beirut. Later that year, she represented her country in [http://www.missasia.com.hk/ Miss Asia Pageant] where she won the "Miss Intellect Award" and placed 2nd in the"Best National Costume Award". She also made the top 8 in the pageant, the only Miss Lebanon to do so.

May 2006, Gabrielle participated in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant, held in Los Angeles, California. During the Miss Universe preliminaries she ranked in 68th placeFact|date=October 2007, which is the lowest a Lebanese winner has ever gotten. Gabrielle is the first Miss Asia contestant to compete at Miss Lebanon and win.
