Ghazal Al Banat

"Ghazal Al Banat" ( _ar. غزل البنات, _en. The Flirtation of Girls) is a (1949) Egyptian Film. It is Naguib Al Rihani's last film and was shown in cinemas after his death.

The film had a unique cast for its time as a lot of the Egyptian stars of that era shared in it. The film was produced by Anwar Wagdi, who was married to the film leading female star Laila Mourad. "Ghazal Al Banat" was also the last appearance of Mohamed Abdel Wahab in a film.

Plot

Laila, the daughter of Mourad Pasha who is very wealthy can't pass her exams in Arabic language thats why she seeks help of an arabic teacher. Marzouk Afandy who works for the Pasha brings Mr. Hamam to help her with her studies.

Through a lot of funny scenes Mr. Hamam falls in love with Laila but realises she will be better of with Wahid, who helped take her out of a nightclub, where she was with Anwar. The movie takes place in egypt beautiful cities.
